When these tower blocks were being built, I remember the noise keeping me awake. They demolished a small copse on site, hence the name. They are an anomaly to the area, which is largely prefabs and council estate-type homes.
Whilst not necessarily an eyesore, one questions the rationale of destroying acres of primeval forest to erect merely two of the bastards.
