Briarley is origionally named rooservelt house the other two german designed blocks each 14 floors with bedrooms down one flight of stairs were kennedy and marshall named after us presidents,the blocks of sheepcoat broom stanton and beaconview house are 8 floors and not 9 as stated the lift goes to the 7th floor of each block then a walk up 14 flights of stairs to the 8th floor .
all recently refurbed in 2015 with non combustable fireproof cladding!.
