Chingford Hall estate in Waltham Forest east London was a housing complex of 3 high rise 21 residential floors Tower blocks and 12 6 storey maisonettes blocks. The old estate was in south chingford E4 and was replaced with mordern houses after being taken over from a housing trust called the Waltham Forest housing Action Trust or for short HAT
