Bigland Street Scheme, Cornwall Street Site

Strange, because you list here two blocks. But there is a third block of a similar construction but smaller (18 dwellings), Maddocks House, located on this estate and as far as we residents are aware, was part of the original scheme commissioned by Stepney Metropolitan Borough Council. The three blocks were clad in the late 1990s and their orientation was changed, to incorporate fenced individual gardens on the side pictured here. These 3 blocks now comprise the Tarling East Estate managed by Tower Hamlets Homes on behalf of LBTH.
